MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This action arises out of claims made by plaintiff, the Estate of Martin Luther King, Jr., Inc., a Georgia corporation (King Estate), that certain documents in the possession of defendant Howard Nelson Ballou relating to the civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. are the property of the King Estate. The King Estate seeks the return of the documents and damages for conversion.
