Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Torraca, J.), entered August 19, 1999 in Ulster County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff Elizabeth Anderson (hereinafter plaintiff) allegedly sustained injuries to her neck, left shoulder and left elbow when the vehicle she was driving was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by defendant.
