OPINION

CORNISH, Judge:

Wyatt Saugstad was convicted of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana).

On March 28, 1978, an undercover police officer, Wright, contacted Keith McMichael and purchased a kilogram of marijuana. After the purchase, the officer asked McMi-chael about purchasing another one hundred pounds of marijuana. McMichael in formed Wright that he would have to contact his connection, Saugstad, about the purchase. Later, McMichael told Wright that Saugstad only had fifty pounds. The officer agreed to purchasing the fifty pounds of marijuana.
