On February 17-, 1919, which was during the February term of the Tazewell county circuit court, leave was granted the State’s attorney to^ file on behalf of the relators an information in the nature of quo warranto against H. J. Rust, F. C. Gale, W. G. Fair, A. VanHorne and D. F. Velde, constituting the board of education of the Pekin Community High School District, to test the legality of the organization of said district.
