This action was begun by the plaintiffs June 16, 1886, in Harper county district court, for the recovery of $211.47 on an account. The case was tried by a jury, resulting in a verdict and judgment for the defendant. Plaintiffs presented a motion for new trial, which was *667overruled and excepted to, judgment entered, and time to make a case for this court given. The plaintiffs come here with their “case-made” and ask to be heard on two separate assignments of error.
