OPINION

RICHARD MILLS, District Judge:

An allegation of sexual harassment.

Plaintiff: Michelle Dirksen, a secretary with the City of Springfield Police Department.

Defendants: The City of Springfield, former Springfield Police Chief Robinson, May- or Langfelder, and Springfield Police supervisors Judd, Murphy, and Cimarossa.

This cause is before the Court on Defendants’ motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).
