HEADNOTES ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL PRODUCT OF THE COURT, THEREFORE THEY ARE NOT DISPLAYED.] On the eleventh day of July, 1923, the Circuit Court of Multnomah County, Probate Department, made and entered an order directing the executor of the last will and testament of Thomas Prince, deceased, to pay C.M. Idleman, $40,000 attorney's fees for services rendered to the executor during the administration of said estate.
