Appellant filed a bill in the superior court of Cook county against the appellees, constituting the board of examiners of land surveyors of Cook county, seeking to enjoin them from proceeding with a trial against him upon a citation issued by the board requiring him to appear on certain charges with reference to his work as a surveyor. Appellees demurred to the bill and the demurrer was sustained. Appellant abided his bill, and a decree was entered dismissing the same for want of equity.
