HEADNOTES ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL PRODUCT OF THE COURT, THEREFORE THEY ARE NOT DISPLAYED.] This is a proceeding by mandamus on the part of the Railroad Commissioners of Florida to require the Seaboard Air Line Railway and the Georgia Southern Florida Railway to construct umbrella or canopy sheds along the tracks in connection with their joint terminal station at Lake City for the protection, comfort and convenience of passengers.
