—This is an action by the plaintiff to recover damages for injuries sustained by her while in the employ of the defendant. It appears that plaintiff was a scrub woman in the offices of the defendant company, her employment being to clean and take care of defendant’s offices. There was a coal stove in this office to which an ordinary stovepipe was attached, running up a couple of lengths and then with an elbow and a length or more of pipe, running into the pipe hole in the wall or chimney of the office.
