On the 10th day of October, 1910, appellants commenced this action in the district court of Salt Lake County to quiet the right to the use of an easement in the nature of a right of way which they alleged they had acquired by prescription or user over the lands of respondents, and to enjoin them from obstructing the same or from interfering with appellants in using said right of way. The court issued an order restraining respondents from interfering with appellants in the use of said easement pending this action.
