MEMORANDUM OPINION
LETITIA Z. CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.
The court heard Parker Trailer Sales, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss Case (Docket No. 32) and confirmation of the Debtors’ Amended Chapter 13 Plan (Docket No. 27). Parker Trailer Sales, Inc. (“Parker”) filed an Objection to confirmation of Debtors’ Amended Chapter 13 Plan (Docket No. 31) and the court has reviewed the docket, file, pleadings therein, evidence and the arguments of counsel.
