Defendant Daniel E. Pickering appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County) affirming a judgment entered by the District Court upon a finding that the defendant had violated 29 M.R.S.A. § 1312-B (Supp.1984-1985) (operating under the influence or with an excessive blood alcohol level — criminal).
