This is an action in equity to set aside fraudulent conveyances, in order to reach assets for the purpose of collecting a debt of $7000 with six per cent interest from January 1, 1933, for which a judgment is prayed. [1] We have jurisdiction "because the amount of the debt sued for, principal and interest, computed to the date of judgment, had (plaintiff) been entitled to judgment, would be, according to the allegations of his petition, in excess of $7,500."
