— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rotker, J.), rendered November 15, 1983, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress evidence.

Judgment affirmed.

The defendant’s challenge to the sufficiency of the plea allocution is not preserved for appellate review (see, CPL 470.05; People v Pellegrino, 60 NY2d 636), and in any event is without…
