On December 21, 1968, appellant, Gaylon Doyle Dorris, was granted an absolute divorce from appellee, Sandra Jean Dorris. Relative to the three minor children of the parties, the decree reflects:
“The court further finds that during said marital period, there were three children born, namely: Dena Lynn Dorris, a girl three years old; Tammy Kaye Dor-ris, a girl now 23 months old; and a boy named Darren Lane Dorris, now three months of age, and that the defendant has entered her consent for plaintiff to have custody of the two older children, and has waived all…
