The claimant’s husband, Walter D. Gibson, was employed by Blower’s Paint Service, the trade name of William D. Blower, who carried on the business of painting and decorating at 3058 West Liberty Avenue, Dormont, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. In connection with his business—which was limited to Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and vicinity—lie owned and used two trucks.
