MEMORANDUM DECISION ON MOTIONS TO REMAND

I. INTRODUCTION

On April 23, 2002, the court heard arguments on three motions to remand to the state court three complaints filed against PG & E Corporation (“Corporation”) 1 , and in two instances, against several individuals who are directors of Corporation or of debtor, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“Debtor”).
