Appeal from an order denying a petition for the writ of error coram nobis. As respondent correctly comments, “ [t]he instant appeal is another contribution to the swelling stream of such applications which engage the attention of our trial and appellate courts.” Manifestly, defendant has misconceived the scope and function of the writ.
