This is an appeal from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, dismissing the action of plaintiff-appellant (hereinafter called Slover) which was brought to recover unpaid minimum wages, overtime compensation, liquidated damages, attorneys’ fees, and costs, pursuant to the provisions of § 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 52 Stat. 1060, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq.
