Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Monserrate, J.), entered December 28, 1998 in Broome County, which denied defendant’s motion to hold plaintiff in contempt of court for failure to pay counsel fees, and (2) from an order of said court, entered March 2, 1999 in Broome County, which, inter alia, awarded costs to plaintiff.
