MEMORANDUM OF OPINION RE COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DIS-CHARGEABILITY OF DEBT

This matter is before the Court on Luis Coq’s (Coq) Complaint to Determine Dis- chargeability of Debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) as a debt for money obtained by “false pretenses, a false representation, or actual fraud, other than a statement respecting the debtor’s or an insider’s financial condition.”
