OPINION

LLOYD TATUM, Special Judge.

The defendant, Russell Davis, was charged in a two-count indictment with first-degree premeditated murder and murder in the perpetration of rape. The jury found him guilty of voluntary manslaughter. He was sentenced to 10 years incar-, ceration as an especially aggravated offender (Range II). The sentence was ordered to be served consecutively to four previous sentences.
