The defendant, Kenneth Mullins, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of: (1) possession of narcotics with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 21a-277 (a); (2) possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1500 feet of a public housing project in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278a (b); 2 and (3) possession of narcotics in violation of General Statutes § 21a-279 (a). 3 The defen dant claims that the trial court improperly: (1) denied his motion to suppress the oral and written statements that he had made to the police; (2)…
