This is a divorce suit originally brought by Pat H. Holitzke, appellee, in the Court of Domestic Relations in and for Smith County, Texas, against Betty Ann Holitzke seeking divorce; care, custody and control of the minor children;1 and a fair and equitable division of the community property.
