The bill in this case is brought by the Union Paper Collar Company, a corporation, against Isaac Van Deusen and others, composing the co-partnership of Van Deusen, Boehmer & Co. It alleges the infringement by the defendants of the following letters patent owned by the plaintiffs: Beissued patent No. 1,646, granted to Solomon S.
