Defendant moves pretrial, April 8, 1971, in accordance with the condition imposed when the court granted his request at calendar call for the February 1971 *970Criminal Term of Saratoga County Court that the ease he moved over the term for trial at the next Criminal Term scheduled for June 14, 1971. Indictment No. 1807-71 was found by the Grand Jury sitting in conjunction with the January 1971 Term of Supreme Court of the State of New York held in and for the County of Saratoga.
