WARREN, District Judge.
On February 14, 1979, plaintiff filed an action in the Circuit Court of the State of Wisconsin in and for the County of Milwaukee seeking to recover damages for injuries she suffered during the course of her employment for defendant American Can Company (American). Plaintiff was injured on August 14, 1978 while working on a can-drying oven which had been sold to American by defendant Midland-Ross Corporation (Midland-Ross) in 1968.
