The present proceeding seeks approval of a proposed compromise of a claim of the estate for a fire loss and asks that the will be construed in certain specified particulars. The executor recommends approval of the compromise and the special guardian reports that such a course appears desirable. No objection is made by any other party. It will, accordingly, be approved.
