DECISION ON MOTION TO REOPEN
ROBERT E. GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge.
The debtor filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on April 3, 2001. A proposed plan was confirmed on October 3, 2003. In the months following confirmation, proceedings in the case involved objections to a number of claims and some contempt proceedings, all of which were concluded by May 2005.
