Plaintiffs, husband and wife, appeal the judgment in their personal injury action stemming from an automobile collision in the City of St. Louis. Judgment was entered for plaintiffs on the jury’s verdict against two defendants, George Gibson and Allstate Insurance [Allstate]. Judgment was also entered against plaintiffs in favor of a third defendant, John Karpowicz, based upon a verdict, the challenge to which is the principal issue here.
