Anna Schmidt owned a building in South Omaha, which was occupied as a rooming house by colored people. It was insured in the defendant company “to an amount not exceeding eight hundred and no-hundredths dollars.” Attached to the insurance policy is a clause which says: “Loss or damage, if any, under this policy, shall be payable to Lion Bond & Surety Company, as mortgagee (or trustee), as interest may appear, and this insurance, as *62to the interest of the mortgagee (or trustee) only therein,…
