FRENCH, Judge.

{1} Defendant Crystal Ortiz appeals her convictions for great bodily harm by vehicle (driving while intoxicated (DWI)), contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 66-8-101(B), (C) (2004, amended 2016) ; aggravated battery (deadly weapon-vehicle), contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 30-3-5(C) (1969) ; and aggravated DWI, contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 66-8-102(A), (B) (2010, amended 2016). Defendant did not appeal her conviction for leaving the scene of an accident (great bodily harm).
