Ejectment for eighty acres of land, the N½ of the SW¼ of Sec. 21, Tp. 62, Rg. 31, Gentry County, Missouri. The tract was part of a 320-acre farm the title to which stood in the name of Wesley S. Walker when he died intestate in October, 1930. His estate was indebted and the probate court ordered his administrator, Charles E. Gibbany, the appellant, to lease the land and bring any suits necessary to obtain possession thereof. This action followed in February, 1933.
