Introduction

This matter has come before the court pursuant to a series of plaintiffs’ motions to compel discovery pursuant to Rule 37 and Rule 55, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Motion for Entry of Default Judgment. After giving appropriate notice to all parties, I convened a hearing on plaintiffs’ motions at 2:30 p.m. on December 8, 1981, at the United States District Court in Tallahassee, Florida.
