A.T.M. was convicted of two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree for the sexual abuse of C.R. and M.R. in violation of § 13A-6-66(a)(3), Ala.Code 1975; one count of sexual abuse in the second degree for the sexual abuse of T.R. in violation of § 13A-6-67(a)(2); and one count of attempted sexual abuse in the second degree for the sexual abuse of L.R. in violation of §§ 13A-6-67(a)(2) and 13A-4-2(a).
