This appeal is from the denial of an application seeking the confirmation of certain foreclosure sales conducted under the power of sale provisions contained in seven separate security deeds. See generally OCGA § 44-14-161. The properties at issue consist of a total of 12 residential condominium units located in five different buildings in a development known as Roswell Landings.
