RENDELL, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiffs in this special education case, Patrick P., a minor child, and his parents, Rita and Michael P., appeal the District Court’s grant of summary judgment to the defendant, the West Chester Area School District (“District”). The plaintiffs made claims under the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (“IDEA”), § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that the District denied Patrick a free and appropriate public education (“FAPE”) and violated the IDEA’S child-find obligations.
