Proceeding to obtain the release and discharge of Bernetta Wret-lind, a minor and allegedly incompetent, from the care and custody of the director of public institutions, department of social security, and the superintendent of the Minnesota School and Colony at Faribault, Minnesota, to Avhich said minor had been previously committed by order of the probate court of Lyon county, Minnesota.
