These two writs of prohibition arise out of a primary election contest brought by contestant DeCoursey against contestee-re-lator Bonzon, the Board of Election Commissioners of St. Louis County, also rela-tors, and the Secretary of State of the State of Missouri. At the primary election in question, Bonzon received one more vote than DeCoursey to win the Democratic Party nomination for state representative from the 106th District.
