The St. Lawrence Steamboat Company is a corporation organized under the general corporation law of this state, by a certificate recorded in the Hudson county clerk’s office February 17th, 1881, and filed in the office of the secretary of state February 21st, 1881. On the 22d of March, 1882, a regular meeting of the stockholders was held at Jersey City, for the election of directors.
