OPINION

COLE, Circuit Judge.

Petitioners-Appellants Altantsetseg Chagnaa and Sumiya A. Luvsan, husband and wife, petition this court for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ order of removal. Petitioners claim the Board erred in affirming the Immigration Judge’s findings that they were not credible and that Chagnaa was not eligible for protection under the Convention Against Torture. Additionally, petitioners contend that the Immigration Judge’s sua sponte questioning of petitioners at their asylum hearing violated them due process rights.
