This matter is a return of an Order to Show Cause as to why preliminary injunctive relief should not be granted, restraining the Franklin Township Board of Education (“Franklin” or “Board”) from awarding and/or executing a contract for the construction of a new high school and requiring Franklin to re-advertise its solicitation of bids for a new high school.
