ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR DIRECTED VERDICT

This matter came on to be heard upon the motion of Maureen Brown (Brown) to modify the chapter 13 plan of the debtor, Thomas Edward Matusak, pursuant to § 1329 of the Bankruptcy Code. A hearing was held on January 19, 2017, in Raleigh, North Carolina. At the conclusion of the hearing, counsel for the debtor made an oral motion for directed verdict based upon the alleged insufficiency of Brown’s evidence as presented.
