OPINION

Plaintiffs Clinton Harshman, Blachowske Truck Lines, Inc., and Dahl Trucking, Inc., were sued for negligence in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. A federal magistrate judge denied them leave to file a third-party complaint against defendant Dr. George E. DePhillips (see Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 14(a)).
