¶1 Robert Bonneville1 appeals a summary judgment in favor of Pierce County (County) on his 42 U.S.C. section 1983 claims against the County and a number of its agents. Bonneville contends that the trial court should have granted his motion to continue the summary judgment hearing so that his recently hired attorney could prepare for it.
