LAWSON, Justice.

This is a mandamus proceeding instituted in the Chilton County Law and Equity Court by J. D. Pittman Tractor Company, Inc., to require M. D. Tingle, as Chairman of the Board of Revenue and Control of Chilton County to sign and deliver to relator a warrant for the payment of a claim against Chilton County interposed by relator, which claim relator alleged in his petition for mandamus had been ap*31proved by the Board of Revenue and Control of Chilton County.
