MEMORANDUM AND SUMMARY JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANT AVEMCO
GARRITY, District Judge.
This action arises out of an accident involving the plaintiff’s airplane at Hanscom Field, Bedford, Massachusetts, on January 14, 1978. Plaintiff brought suit against the Massachusetts Port Authority alleging negligence in maintaining the airfield, and against the United States, alleging negligence on the part of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) employees in failing to warn of hazardous conditions on the runway.
