Prom an order of the Probate Division of the Essex County Court allowing an exception to the account of the executors of the estate of Santa Perrone an appeal was taken to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court and certified here on our own motion.
Santa Perrone died on December 31, 1947, leaving a will naming her husband, Joseph Perrone, and her nephew, *519Thomas Perrotta, as her executors. To the inventary filed by them, Alfredea Piro and Angelina Piro, two of the legatees, filed an exception alleging that the executors had failed…
