INTRODUCTION

Petitioner Frederick Walker (“Walker”) filed a pro se petition for a writ of habe-as corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 challenging his 2000 conviction following a jury trial in Monroe County Court on charges of first degree robbery and related offenses. See Petition (Dkt. # 1).
